Dear tenant,
Like everyone else, we will have to take measures to help curb the rapid spread of the Corona virus. That means something for accessibility and repairs.
Accessibility SKAR
Employees of the SKAR office will work at least until 6 April partly from home, in connection with the national Corona measures.
We will be happy to inform you how we can stay in touch with each other.
On the phone:
We strive that our office can be reached by phone on working days between 10:30 and 14:00 hours. Because our office will not be fully staffed, it is possible that we will not always be able to speak to you immediately.
Mail:
Mail is read daily.
For general questions you can send a message to: info@skar-ateliers.nl.
For repair requests you can send a message to: onderhoud@skar-ateliers.nl.
Visit:
Visits will only be received by appointment. We will ask you in advance if you have any cold symptoms (cough, sore throat, running nose). Even if your partner and/or child(ren) have these symptoms, it is important to inform us.
We follow the guidelines of the RIVM with regard to our own presence at our office and receiving visits. If you are in a high-risk group, we will ask you not to come.
Repair requests
Preferably send repair requests by mail to onderhoud@skar-ateliers.nl.
Always mention:
- the address of the building and the workshop number
- your name and phone number.
- in case of damage, a photo of the situation (if possible)
What repairs do we assume?
We accept all repairs (preferably by mail). Our contractors carry out the repairs on the basis of urgency. Until 6 April, only repairs of critical or high urgency will be carried out, or average urgency if there is a risk of damage.
NB:
When accepting a repair request, SKAR or the contractor/worker will contact you. You will be asked whether you suffer from a cold. If you have a cold, an appointment will be made as soon as the complaints are over.
We understand that it can be difficult for you and will try to reduce the inconvenience as much as possible.
