Meter readings per property
Annual meter readings:
In December, the readings of all meters present in the building must be recorded.
The tenants themselves are responsible for recording the meter readings of the main gas, electricity and water meters and of any heat meters on the radiators and electricity intermediate meters.
NB: For properties where tenants have their own contracts with an energy supplier for gas and/or electricity and/or water for their own studio, it applies that they report these positions to the supplier themselves.
This applies to all properties:
-main meter(s) for gas and electricity
-water meter(s)
The following applies to buildings with heat meters on the radiators:
-analogue heat meters are recorded by WMS in the workshop (date of recording has been mailed on 1 Nov 2021)
-Digital heat meters are read remotely by WMS
The following applies to premises with electricity meters:
-Analogue electrometers are recorded on site.
-digital electrometers are read remotely.
Responsibility for meter reading:
The responsibility for the correct recording of the readings of all meters lies with the tenants themselves.
We ask you to fill in an online form for all meters present in the building and workshop where the meter readings can be read.
Attached is a document explaining how to read the readings of the digital heat meters on the radiators.
For analogue heat meters on the radiators, a clear picture of each individual meter is sufficient.
